Treatment Process and Steps

  1. Examination & Cleaning (10-15 min):

    • Evaluate tooth condition

    • Remove plaque and tartar from surfaces

  2. Fluoride Application (5-10 min):

    • Gel, foam, or varnish applied

    • Spread evenly on teeth and left for a short period

  3. Rinsing & Instructions (5 min):

    • Mouth can be rinsed or varnish left on (depending on type)

    • Patient or child instructed on post-application care

  4. Regular Follow-up (Every 3-6 months):

    • Reapplied based on risk and age

    • Oral hygiene and diet support treatment
